Arcana Sphere - MysticTarot ("we," "our," or "us") is an offline-first mobile experience. We only access the information you intentionally provide while using the app:

• Tarot spreads you create, including the cards selected, notes, and timestamps saved on your device.
• Questions or prompts you type to request an interpretation, which are processed anonymously.
• App preferences stored locally such as language, theme, and deck settings.
• Details you choose to include when you email our support team (for example your name or screenshots).

2. Tarot Reading Data

All tarot reading content remains on your device; we do not run a cloud database.

• Drawn cards, spreads, and manual entries you log in the reading journal.
• Interpretations generated through the app and any personal reflections you save.
• The question text you decide to store alongside a reading.
• Device-level metadata (such as creation dates) produced by your operating system.
• A reminder to avoid including names, addresses, or other personal identifiers so your readings stay anonymous.

None of this information is uploaded to Arcana Sphere. You control it entirely through your device's storage and backups.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information we process to provide the service you request:

• Generate an interpretation by sending an anonymized prompt (cards drawn plus your question) to OpenAI over an encrypted connection.
• Display your reading history and preferences locally within the app.
• Troubleshoot issues when you proactively contact support.
• Comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service if necessary.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Because we do not run our own backend, the only time information leaves your device is when you explicitly request an interpretation or contact us:

• OpenAI receives the anonymized prompt necessary to generate your interpretation. We do not attach account identifiers or contact information.
• Support providers (email) see only the details you include when you reach out.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and other users.
• We remind you not to include sensitive or traceable information in your questions so that the AI request remains anonymous.

5. Data Security

Your readings remain on hardware you control, so protecting the device protects the data:

• All saved readings stay within your device's encrypted storage; we never mirror them to servers.
• Requests to OpenAI use TLS encryption and are not logged by Arcana Sphere.
• We rely on the security features of iOS and Android (passcodes, biometrics, backups) to safeguard local files.
• If you share backups with a cloud provider, that storage is governed by your operating system provider's terms.

6. Your Rights

Because you hold the data, you can exercise your privacy rights directly from your device:

• View, edit, or delete any reading within the app.
• Clear the app's local storage through your operating system settings.
• Remove the app entirely to erase all tarot content from your device.
• Opt out of OS-level diagnostics or cloud backups at any time.

7. Local Storage & Tracking

We do not use cookies, third-party ad trackers, or analytics SDKs inside the mobile app:

• We do not collect advertising identifiers or precise location data.
